Price Match Promise
We pride ourselves on our excellent service and we know that customers would rather shop with us to get the service they have come to expect. We also understand that everyone wants to pay the best price possible. That's why we promise to match the price of our competitors if they have the same product available online, in stock and ready to despatch.
For us to match the competitor’s price you will need to contact our customer service team and provide them with the competitor’s name, the name of the item, its colour, size and price.

The price you quote must be currently active on the competitor’s website and cannot be a previously listed price;

The competitor's item must be brand new, identical to ours, in stock and available for same day despatch;

We must be able to verify on the competitor’s website that the price and stock availability which you have given is correct;

Our price match promise is valid only against goods and is not valid against delivery charges or other services;

Our price match promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, including discount codes;

If you see the same item cheaper elsewhere, within 7 days of buying from us, we’ll refund you the difference;

No cash or product alternative shall form any part of this offer.
